Celebrating 50 Years of WD Engineering Sales

This year marks a milestone that means a great deal to our team, our partners, and the customers we proudly serve. WD Engineering Sales is celebrating 50 years in business, a half‑century of growth, innovation, and trusted relationships throughout Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.

Founded in 1975 by Walt Doctor, WD began as a small, service‑driven representative agency with a simple mission: support customers with reliable products and genuine partnership. Five decades later, that mission remains unchanged — and it continues to guide everything we do.

Today, WD is proudly led by the next generation: Steve Doctor (President), Anthony Doctor (Partner), and Jason Waychoff (Vice President).

Their leadership continues the values Walt established 50 years ago — integrity, responsiveness, and a commitment to serving our customers and manufacturers with excellence.

We celebrated this milestone at our 50th Anniversary Golf Outing, surrounded by partners, customers, and friends who have been part of our journey. The day was filled with great weather, great conversations, and even better company. Having Walt join us on the course made the celebration even more meaningful.
